NGUYỄN CHÂU THƯƠNG HIỀN (LILY) – FUSION RESORT CAM RANH

Ms Lily typically starts her day on the go with a traditional banh mi, a combination of French and Vietnamese baked bread roll stuffed with a delectable mix of pork sausage, coriander, cucumber and pickled carrots.  It’s quick and convenient way to eat breakfast and she enjoys it daily as she travels to work on the company bus. It’s one of her favourite Vietnamese street foods and she often recommends guests give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Lily is Guest Services & Communications Manager at Fusion Resort Cam Ranh, a role she excels at and a commitment she takes seriously.  She considers herself an ambassador for both Fusion and Vietnam, and loves introducing the beautiful country and the Fusion concept to her guests.  “I can help them to open the doors to discover the wonderful wellness life and our rich Vietnamese culture” she shares.

She views her role as a bit of lifestyle management mixed with a hint of communications influencer, always on hand to help create meaningful experiences for her guests and guide them to getting the most out of their time with Fusion.

It’s the intimate interactions she enjoys most, the chance to go beyond the expected to create a memorable moment.  Whether it’s suggesting which spa treatment is most suitable, or organising a day out to explore the Vietnamese country side, preparing an intimate BBQ on the beach for two, or taking guests to try her favourite banh mi!
